These Celebrities Never Changed Their Hairstyles
If you have not changed your hair in decades and have started feeling sorry for it, you can stop now since you are not alone! Some of the world’s biggest celebrities have not changed their style ever since they finally found one that worked for them. While it is true that some celebrities cut their hair, add extensions and change colorway too often the list below is populated with celebrities that are fashion icons in their own right to hardly ever change their hair styles.
“The hair is the richest ornament of women.” —Martin Luther
Anna Wintour (Short Bob with Bangs)
Anna is the editor-in-chief of the Vogue itself. She is a fashion icon, and the world knows it. Many believe that she has succeeded to singlehandedly revive the magazine that was becoming rather stagnant. She discovered the pageboy bob haircut at the age of 15 and has never changed it since.
Julianne Moore (Red and Long Hair)
The world got to know her for her role in As the World Turns, a television show in which she had to portray two characters, half-sisters Frannie and Sabrina. She won an Emmy Award for this as her first major role. She may have started dying her hair to keep her red color rich, but Julianne Moore is a true redhead who loves her long wavy hair. When she was required to appear as gray-haired President Alma Coin in the third Hunger Games movie (Mockingjay – Part 1), she decided to go with a wig rather than dye her hair gray.
Jennifer Aniston (Straight, Layered, Long Hair)
Jennifer Aniston is definitely one of the biggest TV actresses of all times. Once Rachel got to grow her hair during the third season of Friends, she found a hairstyle which she felt she would never have to change. And why would she? It is just perfect. She managed to make her hair a personal stamp that the world was shocked when she was seen with a side braid. She sometimes changes the length of the hair, but the change is always hardly noticeable.
Minnie Driver (Natural Dark Curls)
Amelia Fiona Driver is the full name of this English actress and singer. She has been beloved by many since her portrayal of Skylar in the Academy Award-winning Good Will Hunting. She is currently having the lead role in Speechless. And through all that time, she has never strayed from her curls for any long period. We got to see her with straight hair on some occasions, but we can all agree that her curls are great.
Lucy Liu (Long, Dark, Straight and Sleek)
Lucy Liu’s breakthrough role was her portrayal of Ling Woo in Ally McBeal. She has always been the one to keep it as simple as possible. Who can blame her since with her looks, a simple hair style is the best to bring out her beauty, and the long hair goes great with her petite frame. Her hair always looks stylish and classy.
Kate Middleton (Long, Luscious Waves)
Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (Middleton) became the center of the public attention when she started going out with Prince William. She became such a hit that her impact on fashion around the world got named by the media as the “Kate Middleton effect.” Ever since she got into the spotlight, she has been seen with her hair looking so gorgeous. The hairstyle she is wearing goes perfectly with the thickness of her hair and the lovely, natural color.
Halle Berry (Short Hair, Pixie)
Halle Maria Berry is to date the only black actress that has won an Academy Award for Best Actress. While she did have some roles which did not go well (Catwoman), she is generally known as one of the best actresses in the world. Somehow, she believes that her hair has to be thanked for. When she was 19, she decided to chop off her long hair and get her signature hair style. What she wanted to achieve is to become more memorable at auditions, to try and stand out from the crowd. She said the effect was almost instantaneous “Two weeks after I did that, I got my first acting job… They even said I was different. And it felt like me.” Now, when some role asks her to grow her hair a bit, she always does it, but quickly returns to her signature look.
