Gretchen Carlson – Fox and Friends
Gretchen Elizabeth Carlson is a television personality, author, and broadcast journalist from the United States. She started as a pageant queen in Anoka, Minnesota, and competed in the Miss America Pageant in 1989 before becoming a writer. Casey Close is her husband, who is a professional baseball player. After hosting Fox & Friends, she left the network in 2016.
She is now the well-received author of the novel “Be Fierce”. She was named one of Time Magazine’s 2017 “Most Influential People in the World.” Carlson will be a special contributor to PEOPLE (the TV Show!) beginning in October 2020. She focuses on stories about ordinary Americans performing inspirational acts.
