We all have been advised not to go outside when there’s bad weather coming up. This was the case on a Christmas morning in Alabama. Price was notified by the school that there was going to be a delay as a result of an ice storm, which made it impossible for them to open at the scheduled time. Many families in the area were in a low-income range and actually relied on the National School Lunch Program to help them maintain good nutrition for their kids. Therefore, it is important for these 50 kids to go to school that day. But with the bad weather conditions, should Wayne and the kids risk it?
