Michael Strahan – $17 Million
The former professional footballer, Michael Strahan, has been among the few lucky athletes who found work in an industry that is as financially rewarding as his sports career was. For 15 years, he played defensive end for the New York Giants, until he retired in 2008.
Since then, Strahan has been serving as a football analyst on Fox NFL Sunday and co-hosting Good Morning America and Strahan, Sara, and Keke. Hopefully, he doesn’t miss playing too much as he gets to make $17 million by hosting. Yes, his salary in the NFL was far higher ($60 million), but $17 million is a decent income for a retiree.
