Animal lovers enjoy bringing their pets out for walks, even though they can be menaces sometimes. Especially when they are out in public and are released from their leashes to run free a little bit, this can cause problems. But there are rules for having a dog at the beach.
Most pet-friendly beaches require dogs to be on their leashes at all times. Others only allow pets during the off-season, and some only allow them during a certain time of day. The bottom line, though, is that if people follow the rules set by beach officials, then this dog wouldn’t have been able to pee on anyone.
