HR EMPLOYEES CONFESS SOME OF THE WORST COMPLAINTS THEY’VE GOTTEN AT WORK
Living with someone we love can sometimes get pretty confrontational. Imagine spending at least eight hours of the day with people we can’t stand! This can often happen at the workplace, and all the subsequent complaints go straight to Human Resources (HR).
While their actual job is not to preserve the workers from attacking each other, sometimes, this is exactly what they do. Forget about questions regarding salary or problems in the actual business. HR employees often have to deal with absurd complaints and requests. This includes people wanting them to do their job for them and even fights over food!
Tampons For Men
One of the production managers once reported to us that a male machinist had filed a complaint. The reason was that he thought it wasn’t fair that there were free tampon machines in the ladies’ toilets. He was upset because there were none in the men’s bathrooms!
When we asked further, we found out the reason. The guy had hemorrhoids, and he would use tampons when they bled. We didn’t install tampon machines in the men’s bathrooms, and we’ve been trying to forget about it ever since.
