The girl on the left has a good chance of starring in a remake of the horror classic The Exorcist (1973). She seems possessed by an evil demon as we can only see the whites of her eyes. – No, of course that’s not true. The photographer only caught her in the moment when she closed her eyes.
What we can actually see is the young woman’s silver and white eye shadow. Nevertheless, we want to note here that exorcisms still take place today. Interestingly, in our neighboring country of Austria, exorcists are referred to as “deliverance officers.” In England every diocese even has its own priest who can carry out the expulsion.
