Wardrobe Malfunction
By simply looking at this photo, we know that a wardrobe malfunction was about to happen. First, Roxana Vancea’s dress looks too form-fitting; something was bound to slip. Then, there’s the Romanian meteorologist’s bubbly personality. At one point during the broadcast that day, she became overly excited and began jumping up and down.
That was the moment when the upper part of her clothing shifted a little too low for daytime television. Of course, the network got immediately flagged for indecent exposure since kids could have seen the unfortunate mishap. Thankfully, though, the news channel ‘Antena 1 TV’ understood it was all an accident and did not fire the weather reporter.
