Jorge Garcia – 100 pounds

The highly popular series “Lost” has received numerous plaudits over the years, and one of the reasons it was such a hit was Jorge Garcia. With such precision, Garcia emulated the character of curly-haired lottery winner Hugo Reyes with such perfection that it made him a household name. However, he came out in 2016 to claim that he had shed a lot of weight.

At first, Garcia admitted that he had lost 30 pounds from his frame, and at one point, his weight loss journey went up to 100 pounds. All this was to lose weight for his health, as he was at risk of contracting diabetes and heart disease.
