Two-time Golden Globe winner, Chrissy Metz has made her struggle with weight public knowledge. Chrissy’s weight hasn’t slowed down her stellar career. According to The Hollywood Reporter, she went to Weight Watchers at the age of 11, but despite many fluctuations, she just couldn’t reach her goals.
Eventually, years later, she switched to a 2000-calorie per day diet and made sure to walk for at least 20 minutes per day. In under five months, Chrissy lost 100 pounds. The This Is Us star continues to feature in the hit show, taking the role of Kate Pearson for the upcoming fifth season airing in November of 2020.
